Note: When using anonymous money transfer agents, include a brief message with the transfer (e.g., “travel, airfare, 375, a1b2”) to help us identify your payment.
Service Area & Currency
Australia: All fees (service fees, photo deposit, etc.) are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Europe (UK, France, Germany, Russia, etc.): Fees are in Euros (EUR).
Other regions (USA, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Dubai, etc.): Fees are in US Dollars (USD).
Currency Conversion Policy
Bank Transfers: Our AUD account accepts any currency, automatically converted to AUD upon receipt. We will confirm the amount received. Clients are responsible for all bank fees, which are additional to service fees.
USD/EUR Accounts: Only USD or EUR are accepted. Payments in other currencies will be returned by the bank.
Cash Payments: In Sydney, only AUD is accepted upon the companion’s arrival. Clients must exchange foreign currency to AUD beforehand. Currency exchange services are available at Sydney CBD banks, airports, or hotel counters.
Conditions
Airfares are additional to service fees.
All fees must be paid before the companion’s departure, except for Sydney-based cash payments upon arrival.
Minimum visit durations:
Same country: 1 day
Same continent: 2 days
Different continents: 3 days
Refund Policy
Company or Companion Fault: If the companion cannot attend, we provide a full refund, including airfares (excluding the photo deposit).
Client Fault: If the client cancels or postpones, payments (including refundable airfares) are held as credit for future bookings. The photo deposit is non-refundable.
Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., hurricanes, airport strikes, visa issues), we provide a full refund, including airfares if refunded by the airline. The photo deposit is non-refundable.
